Stretch of the week!

"Overhead Triceps" Sit up tall, place your left arm in the air. Bending at the elbow, place your palm at the base of your neck/top of back. Then place your right hand at the tip of your elbow and gently pull. Added benefit, Deltoid, Latissimus dorsi and the Rotator cuff family. Happy stretching :-)
