Desk stretch of the day

     Where most people carry their tension, the shoulders and neck. Especially if you sit over a desk/computer all day. Help fight the tension with this simple one right in your chair.
       Sit up straight, anchor your right hand to the right side of your chair and place your left hand on the top of the right side of your head and put a gentle, constant , tension/stretch and hold for 10-20 seconds 2-3 times, repeat on the other side.
