Stretch of the day

"Hamstrings" Sit on the ground with your legs straight out in front of you toes to the ceiling. Take a deep breath, exhale as you reach for your toes. If your toes are impossible hug you legs find the tension and relax there for 20-30 seconds. Release and turn your toes out "external rotation" and repeat. Then turn the toes in "internal rotation" and repeat. Then flip over "PLANK 30 seconds" :-)
